Since 1994 we have designed, manufactured and installed pastry display cabinets, cold rooms, freezer rooms and refrigerated display cabinets from our own workshop. One team handles the survey, the cooling load calculation, the fabrication and the commissioning.

Pastry Display Cabinets

A pastry display cabinet keeps cakes and baked goods between +2 and +8 °C at controlled humidity, so the surface of the product stays intact through the day. Yekta Soğutma has been building these cabinets to measure in its own workshop in Gebze since 1994.

Supermarket Dairy Cabinets

A multideck dairy cabinet presents milk products and delicatessen lines between +2 and +8 °C. It is designed for high visibility per shelf and low energy consumption, with night blinds that cut consumption noticeably outside trading hours.

Butcher Counters

A butcher counter holds red and white meat between 0 and +4 °C. High relative humidity keeps the surface of the meat from drying out, and warm-toned lighting preserves its colour through the trading day.

A cold storage room is an insulated chamber built from polyurethane sandwich panels for holding food in bulk. Yekta Soğutma installs 0/+4 °C chilled rooms, −18/−25 °C frozen rooms and blast freezing chambers on a turnkey basis, from load calculation to commissioning.

A freezer room stores product at −18 °C and below for extended periods. It is built with thick insulation panels, a high-capacity condensing unit and a heated door frame, so ice does not form around the doorway.

A pharmaceutical refrigerator holds vaccines and cold-chain medicines between +2 and +8 °C within a narrow tolerance. Temperature logging and audible alarms are part of the unit, because the cold chain has to be documented, not just maintained.

How we work
Manufacturing to measure
Every cabinet and cold room is produced for the space it will stand in. Survey, sheet metal work, insulation, refrigeration and electrical assembly happen in our own workshop in Gebze.
Installation and commissioning
Our own team installs the equipment, charges the system, sets the controls and runs temperature tests before handover. Installation is not subcontracted.
Maintenance and service
Planned maintenance and breakdown response for commercial refrigeration, regardless of the brand that supplied it. Annual maintenance is recommended; dusty environments need condenser cleaning twice a year.
Design consultancy
Cooling load calculation, panel and refrigerant selection, layout planning and energy estimates for businesses that are still at the planning stage.
Frequently asked
Do you export or install outside Turkey?
Our installation teams work in Kocaeli, the Anatolian side of Istanbul, Sakarya and Yalova. Equipment can be manufactured for delivery elsewhere, including export, with installation handled by a local contractor. Tell us the destination and we will quote accordingly.
Are the units built to standard sizes?
The lengths listed on each product page are the most commonly ordered standards. Because manufacturing is done in our own workshop, a custom length, body colour or shelf layout is part of the project rather than a surcharge.
Which refrigerants do you use?
R290, R452A, R448A and R449A depending on capacity and application. All are compliant with current F-Gas regulations.
How long does an order take?
Manufacturing and installation usually take two to three weeks after order confirmation, depending on the product and the workshop schedule. Tell us your target opening date and we will confirm whether it is achievable.
